Replacement of leaking Moen shower cartridge was performed very quickly. Cause of leaking shower cartridge was found to be defective water pressure regulator. Water pressure in the house was around 90psi vs normal 60psi. A few days later the pressure regulator was procured and installed very quickly.

Found out about Mike and his company through my HOA to fix an emergency leakage from the electrical room.
