Ray came out to fix a clogged drain. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to address the problem and I would highly recommend him.

Called in the morning around 7:30 and they were at my house by 8:30 to clean out the lines of my tankless water heater.

We needed an outside pump replaced that was leaking. We called Mike about it on a Saturday (so glad he answered even though it was the weekend!) and he came Monday to inspect. His guys came over Wednesday morning to fix it - they were prompt and done within 2 hours. And the price was so reasonable! We'll definitely go back to Cross Plumbing for future issues.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

If you are reading this because you’re looking for a plumber, just call Jim and Sons Plumbing right now. You will not find a better price, better service, or more skilled plumbers anywhere. They also are are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We moved into our house 7 months ago. Since then we’ve put in a new sink, RO System, whole house de-scaler, toilet, water line for the fridge, garbage disposal, new water heater, and we had a gas leak. They’ve been here so much doing work on our house that my daughter thinks they are our friends and asks about Mr. Aaron. There was one issue where a part they installed was faulty. They came out within 24 hours, fixed it asap, explained the issue an apologized excessively, and explained to that they’ve taken steps to ensure they don’t get parts from that vendor again. Not only do they do great work, but they have the integrity to own a problem and make sure that it doesn’t happen again, at no cost to the customer.

I have very minimal toleration for bad service, and am always looking for the best deal, for me to have used the same plumber, this many times, in this short a window, says something about their skill, quality, and integrity. I cannot recommend them enough. I contacted them on a lark because they are based on Narnia St and I’m a huge CS Lewis fan, and it was easily the best contact we’ve made with a tradesperson since buying our house. As you’ve been reading this, your toilets been leaking, or your sink has been clogged…call Jim and Sons and get that fixed asap.

I had a leak in my restroom upstairs that I could not find I called American Leak Locators & Plumbing for assistance they were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. I HIGHLY recommend American Leak Locators & Plumbing for any suspected leak problems. They were so great.

These guys are great. Always showed up when they said and were very courteous and got the work done fast. I used them on different occasions to replace a garbage disposal, install a dishwasher, remove a gas line and fix some leaky pipes in crawl space. And also replace a shower fixture. Thanks guys!

Eric and his son came to the radio station I work at and cleared our storm drain that was clogged and did a great job at a very reasonable rate! Would refer them to anyone and will use them again!
