Best Water Line Leak in Riverside CA

Had a busted water meter not easy to get to due to roots from pine trees that were covering the area which created the break in the pipe. JASON was my first point of contact and was very responsive, with an immediate appointment for the next morning and I appreciate that! ( I called late in the day). The tech ADAM, who came to my house worked his tail off to get the job done without fail and was very kind, knowledgeable and did what he needed to do to get the job done. I RECOMMEND this company because they are no BS and to the point, and let me know who was coming and what they looked like by text prior to arrival. THANK YOU BEST PLUMBING! Found out about Mike and his company through my HOA to fix an emergency leakage from the electrical room. Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I found these guys on google , then i did some research on yelp and angies list , they had awesome reviews and the reviews i read sounded like they were coming from real people ( not payed reviews) , i had a sewer main that always gave us problems as the years went buy, so i decided to fix it before it cost me way more than i could afford. They came out and gave me the pros and cons for either leaving it the way it is and just clearing the line because i had root intrusion or install a sewer liner , which was the permanent fix. It was pricy , however not as pricy if i didn’t fix it and it broke in the street. I highly recommend Marc and Ean if you are looking for an honest company , they are fair and know exactly what they are talking about. I called a two other companies out prior to them and they beat the other two quotes i received . Thanks guys for making it easy for me to use your service!! A++++++

Big John's is my go to for plumbing issues in my house and when others ask me for referralsj to a plumber. Today's repair was a toilet issue which was done quickly and inexpensively. The first time I used this company it was an emergency sewer backup in my house during the holidays! They had a tech here in 20 minutes! They used a tiny camera to determine tree routes had grown into the sewer link under my driveway, then fixed the issue. (Talk about immediatley winning loyalty!) Thank you, John!
