I live in a condominium and a neighbor downstairs noticed the smell of a gas leak. Turned out it was coming from an outside gas line used for my condo. I let my HOA know that it needed to be fixed and they told me I had to pay out of pocket. Fortunately when Cross Plumbing came out, they told me they could talk to HOA and let them know it should be something that is covered by them since a sprinkler right next to the gas line caused it to corrode so badly. I ended up not having to pay out of pocket and they came out to fix it within a day. Professional work and very much appreciated that they went the extra mile to talk to my HOA. Thank you!

He checked the three items I needed worked on (toilet, garbage disposal & hardware for shower/tub), checked the parts I purchased for their compatibility, and gave me a fair price, Ben was courteous, professional and efficient. He checked with me whenever there was a snag or issue that needed my input, and found the proper way to get it done.
