I bought this condo and found out there is no water in the bathroom sink. It turned out the downstairs neighbor has capped the pipe in order to fix a leak. John came in, helped me to diagnose the problem and fixed the pipe in the least invasive way. When my the neighbor downstairs refused to share half of the cost as we agreed before, Lynda volunteered to call her and resolved the issue. Excellent service, reasonable price! Matthew helped me most recently when a leak finally detected coming from the hot water heater closet in my mobile began to spray and I couldn't remember how to turn off the main, called him, and he dropped his own personal activity to rush over and turn off the water line, found the leak, fixed the problem, replaced a connector hose and saved the cabinet floor further damage. I didnt have to go all weekend without water or even then the hot water to be available or wait for a resolution.
