We're so happy with the service we received! We just bought a home and had to fix a sloppy and potentially dangerous repair made by the previous owner. During the estimate, Aaron took the time to make sure we understood everything and our options. He gave us multiple cost scenarios based on what he might find once he started taking everything apart just so there wouldn't be any surprises. I had multiple plumbing companies come out before calling All-Star, wish I would have called them first! Very professional and honest, other company quoted me crazy amounts of money to fix a sewer clog they couldn't fix. All-Star did it without an issue and for a very reasonable price. Joe came to the rescue after I had a bad experience with a large plumbing company. My tenants had a leak from the upstairs shower tub and water was running down the ceiling vent next to my ceiling fan. I called a large company with good reviews on Yelp, but they were wreckless. They asked to break the wall, gave me a quote between $2500-$3500 to replace everything including fixtures.

I decided to get a second opinion through a personal referral but the original plumber didn't service my area so Joe was referred to me.

I called Joe and he answers my call every time. He worked with my tenants work schedule. He assessed my situation and observed the leak came from the spout so he wanted to fix the obvious first. He even wanted to be thorough by having the same brand and model of the spout to make the same fit. He tested the replacement and there wasn't a leak anymore. Joe was honest, efficient, professional and my tenants told me he was so nice!! I am going to refer all my friends and family to Joe!!
