Medina is my go-to plumber. Helped me with cleanout on this project. Said he would be there by 8am to start job. I arrived at 7.45 and he was already there. The entire job was very clean. No problems.

Ok. To make a long story short, I didn't call Big John in the first place. I learned my lesson the hard way and I will now NEVER use anyone else. I went with another plumber and $2000 dollars later the problem was not fixed. I had this other plumber over four times and he kept blaming my tenants. My tenants could not take a shower their first week there. I was completely embarrassed.

I called Big John on an early Saturday morning and he swung by noon on time. He took a look at the situation and took care of the problem lickity split. My tenants were hesitant because of the last plumber. We had water running in all the bathrooms, showers, sinks, flushing toilet paper down the toilet and trying to bombard the system. What do you know..,everything was working. Thanks Big John.
