Best Plumbing Water Heater in Riverside CA

I was worried at first because attempting to use the company website for scheduling did not seem to work out (my browser blocked the redirect the first time I tried, but I changed the setting and tried again), and so I called them after about four or five hours without hearing back. Mr. Best answered and explained that he had not received a request, but told me he'd get back to me later in the day to schedule something. The company did get back to me later that day, and scheduled a tech to come out this morning between 8-10 AM. I received a call from the tech (Ryan) during that slot, and he informed me that he would be out by 10, and he was. He brought the faucet I'd agreed to purchase, and he had it up and running in about half an hour. He was an extremely personable and professional tradesman, which has not always been my experience here in Riverside. Barring any leaks that show up in the next few days under that faucet, this five star review will live on forever in the hearts of mankind, blah blah blah. Anyway, great job by Best Plumbing Service, at a very fair cost, and handled more rapidly than I'd have ever expected.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Just because a person calls themselves a Refrigerator Repair Company
Doesn't mean they have the skills to repair your Refrigerator. Look for an experienced technician. Who's been in the business for awhile.

I had multiple plumbing companies come out before calling All-Star, wish I would have called them first! Very professional and honest, other company quoted me crazy amounts of money to fix a sewer clog they couldn't fix. All-Star did it without an issue and for a very reasonable price. We had a hose leaking that led to our refrigerator and not only did Ean come on a Saturday morning at 6am to help stop the leak, but both Ean and Marc came and fixed the leak the following day -- in a way that will prevent future leaks (sadly, unlike the last plumber). They checked out our entire plumbing system and gave us a no-pressure report on what else we might want to consider. They are a breath of fresh air in a category where it can be challenging to know if you've received the best service. I'm incredibly grateful we found Make It Drain / Ean & Marc!
