John with All Star Plumbing came promptly and addressed both issues quickly. Within 36 hours we had a new water heater, a new hot water line, fans to dry out the carpet from the leak, and peace of mind that the job was done right.

Joe came to the rescue after I had a bad experience with a large plumbing company. My tenants had a leak from the upstairs shower tub and water was running down the ceiling vent next to my ceiling fan. I called a large company with good reviews on Yelp, but they were wreckless. They asked to break the wall, gave me a quote between $2500-$3500 to replace everything including fixtures.

I decided to get a second opinion through a personal referral but the original plumber didn't service my area so Joe was referred to me.

I called Joe and he answers my call every time. He worked with my tenants work schedule. He assessed my situation and observed the leak came from the spout so he wanted to fix the obvious first. He even wanted to be thorough by having the same brand and model of the spout to make the same fit. He tested the replacement and there wasn't a leak anymore. Joe was honest, efficient, professional and my tenants told me he was so nice!! I am going to refer all my friends and family to Joe!!

The guy who came to fix our AC was on time and a very nice guy. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. Will definitely use again should I ever need it.

TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

Quick appointment time and Quinton was able to answer all my questions and give me Peace of mind with my clog problem. Recommend.

My water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. I called this company and spoke to Art to see if he can help us.
