I had great experience with Active Plumbing Solutions. Drake was the plumber who detected and fixed three leaks in the last couple months concerning a rental property I have. My unit is unfortunately a downstairs unit and sustained leaks from upstairs and from common wall pipes. For the first two leaks, other plumbers I hired couldn't find the causes and Drake was very thorough on inspection, and accurately identified the causes. For the third leak, I directly hired Drake without hesitation. Drake provided reasonable estimate for his arrival window, and when he knew he was about to run late due to other jobs running overtime, he had the courtesy to call ahead of time to notify me. He was always punctual on appointment, communicated well and he is honest, caring and professonal. I hope I don't have to use his service again, but if I do, I will definitely hire him.

We needed to get our flooring done before we moved into our first home and Alpha Construction came to the rescue. They are incredibly easy to work with and are so dedicated. They put our vinyl planks in.

We loved their work so much we asked them to put in our baseboards.

And we continue to trust and love their work so much, we've asked them to come back and work on electrical and help put in our crown molding.

You won't find nicer, skilled, honest people that will get the job done. We are so happy we connected with Alpha Construction!

David Huard provided a quick estimate to replace our 25 year old home A/C unit (that was on its last leg) and had the most competitive price compared to several other local contractors, especially considering the highly rated brand they use (American Standard). He also made scheduling/setup and payment a breeze. They were available to start almost immediately!

Our installers (Davon and Jazan) were amazing. They were punctual, friendly, professional, safe, knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, clean/tidy, and quick! We couldn’t have asked for more.

I especially appreciate Davon’s attention to detail. When he came to take a look at our existing equipment (during the time we were getting quotes), he was the ONLY contractor to point out specific things that none of the other contractors noticed/pointed out. He also suggested a couple of improvements (again, that none of the other contractors did) that ended up working out great.

Water line leak under slab. Was fixed timely, he was professional and knowledgeable.

My neighbor had called these plumbers to correct an issue he had. While they were there working, I asked if they could fit a service on my water heater before they left.
Josh quickly realigned his schedule to accommodate me.
They did an excellent job at really short notice. Probably saved me having to get a new water heater. They also installed a pump in conjunction with the heater flow lines.
Overall, an excellent experience. I keep their info attached to the water heater. I know who to call.

Do not hire this plumbing company. They come to my home to fix the problem but overprice me. They fixed the problem but intentionally cause additional problems to charge me more.

Just seen a video where a 1 st amendment auditor is attackt viciously by a 20/20 Plum & Heating employee who then wants to fight one to one - then form a menacing mob against the auditor. Management instigating this, Horribl ethics - untraind and dangerous eg if that employee gets angry during a job?! Avoid companies with dangerous people who hate the 1st Amendment.
