They came promptly as they promised (we got an appt for the next morning of the day I called, with a front yard leak problem). Adam was great, he is the one who did most of the work. Bob came by to support from time to time. Adam is friendly and professional. And in the beginning of the day, it was Jason the owner who came to diagnose the problem and explain the action plan (and quoted the fees). One can tell Jason wants a job done right and cares about his company's reputation.

Their company is professional, even the receptionist is kind and patient on the phone. Jason promised that the repair of the main pipe will be done the same day (we were panicking due to the large amount of water that was running to curbside non-stop overnight). The problem was solved by the afternoon with their nonstop working for hours. And they offer one year warranty on their work. It's good to support a local business, especially when they do the work with care. Thank you Best Plumbing for your help today! I called Ray a couple weeks ago to repair a kitchen line that kept clogging. He hydro jetted the kitchen sink and cleaned all the grease out. He was on time, professional and reasonable. We used Hovey Rooter Service & Plumbing for an
Annual Backflow Test, and they were very friendly and efficient. At first we were unable to locate the key that enables access to the backflow, and Ivan kindly waited while we figured that out. Later on when I called the office, Jessica patiently answered all my questions regarding billing. This company is very professional and has great customer service, I would 10/10 recommend.

Had a sudden leak from the water heater that was detected around 9pm. Contacted Make it Drain and received an immediate response. Appointment was set as early as 7am the following day.

Lo and behold, precisely at 7am Marc and Ian rang my doorbell. A quick inspection revealed that the water heater must be replaced. They U-turned the water supply from the heater so my house could have water until the guys came back with a brand new heater.

Important to mention that this was on MLK day, so most shops were closed and supplies were not readily available. Despite this fact, the guys were back at 2pm with a brand new heater and finished the whole replacement procedure within just couple of hours. Pricing was just right too. Nevertheless to mention that Ian was kind enough to fix my leaky toilet bidet too and, he charged nothing additional for it. Impressed.

I am most grateful for this very professional and very quick service. This is by far the most reliable plumbing company I have ever worked with. I now know with certainty who to contact next time I or my friends and acquaintances need plumbing jobs done.
