We had a slab leak in our hot water line, AND a leaking water heater... because when it rains it pours. My long-time plumber had moved to Arizona only weeks ago so I asked a friend for a referral to his plumber, and he highly recommended John Malcolm with All Star.

Joe came to the rescue after I had a bad experience with a large plumbing company. My tenants had a leak from the upstairs shower tub and water was running down the ceiling vent next to my ceiling fan. I called a large company with good reviews on Yelp, but they were wreckless. They asked to break the wall, gave me a quote between $2500-$3500 to replace everything including fixtures.

I decided to get a second opinion through a personal referral but the original plumber didn't service my area so Joe was referred to me.

I called Joe and he answers my call every time. He worked with my tenants work schedule. He assessed my situation and observed the leak came from the spout so he wanted to fix the obvious first. He even wanted to be thorough by having the same brand and model of the spout to make the same fit. He tested the replacement and there wasn't a leak anymore. I am very happy with the service I received from PSI. We had a major plumbing emergency yesterday. They cam to the rescue within an hour of calling and went above and beyond to fix the issue.
