I cannot remember the last time I received such outstanding service from any vendor. Courteous and respectful beyond belief. They don't know that I called them after dealing with lies and deception from another plumbing business who I threw off my property . Jim and Sons were simply outstanding and have my business and referrals from now on .. Great job guys!

These guys work miracles! The All-Star Plumbing team is truly on top of their game! We have a 1920s home that not only needed a re-pipe, but also some very specific and tricky adjustments and add-one’s that would make our lives more comfortable. After receiving bids from 8 different plumbers, we were told “no” or given the run-around by most. John Malcom, Mike and team listened carefully, and created a plan that included all our requests. These guys are professional, efficient, polite and know their craft well. We are totally pleased with their work! Thank you!

A+ Company, called them out for a possible Slab Leak in my home. They found the problem with in minutes and repaired it right away!! It also didn’t cost me anything out of pocket because they billed my homeowners insurance direct for the work.

Matthew answered my call right away and had a technician come out almost immediately! After much digging - Kevin was quick to spot the issue and provide a reasonable quote for repair. Had it fixed asap! Even offered to do other home inspections after the job was done. Would recommend.

Update - had to have Kevin come out again to double check the area that was leaking and he was very diligent in finding the cause, he went ahead and took care of the separate issue without charging me anything extra!

We had a broken pipe in our backyard behind a hose bib and called Pride out to give an estimate. The first person they sent out was on time and very professional, he gave us an estimate of $750.00 max and said he could return the next day to perform the work (the break happened on a Sunday so the suppliers weren’t open.)

Unfortunately, he was out sick the next day so Pride sent someone else. That technician said it would be a minimum of $2,500.00 to fix and up to $7,500.00; he made sure to tell us he could not warranty the work. He also stated we needed to repipe our entire house as soon as possible and gave us a quote of $20,000.00 for that. I found this odd, since our pipes are in our attic and he didn’t even look at them.

When I said I’d rather get estimates from a few other companies before scheduling the work with him since his estimate was wildly different from his coworkers, he said that his coworker simply didn’t know what he was doing and misdiagnosed the problem.

I again told him I’d rather get a few other opinions and he went on to tell me that because Pride has such good customer ratings online, I could trust him…even though he had just told me another Pride employee was incompetent.

I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors, but this guy was hands down the most transparently money hungry scammer I’ve dealt with. In the end, our broken pipe problem was solved for just over $700.00.

By the way, if you do need your house repiped, I got estimates from the other companies we called just out of curiosity: they were all less than half the estimate Pride gave.

We needed to get our flooring done before we moved into our first home and Alpha Construction came to the rescue. They are incredibly easy to work with and are so dedicated. They put our vinyl planks in.

We loved their work so much we asked them to put in our baseboards.

And we continue to trust and love their work so much, we've asked them to come back and work on electrical and help put in our crown molding.

You won't find nicer, skilled, honest people that will get the job done. We are so happy we connected with Alpha Construction!
