Mike was so nice and polite and so was his assistant. We had a toilet plugged and my husband reached out to them the night before. They were the only company with a reasonable price for an estimate.

Jason was very professional and friendly. We had a faulty sensor (from the manufacturer) for our new water system. Jason came to our place 3 times to fix it finally. He is a very responsible business owner.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Hovey installed a sink, garbage disposal and reverse osmosis system. They also took care of a couple of nagging plumbing issues while on site.

In the past they have handled repiping portions of my house do to slab leaks.

Make It Drain Plumbing is the best, more specifically it is Marc and Ean's professional and patient manner in explaining the problems and solutions to fixing the different plumbing issues that were causing my drains to be so sluggish. Funny how some people will do anything to collect some money anyway possible. I call this plumber to get a quote for a job. Owner John asks me to text him the property address so i send him my text with details. They go out and Marvin one of their plumbers call me and leaves me a message to call back. I call back and no one gets the phone so I leave a message to call me back as soon as possible due to the urgency of the repair. No call so I text back and request to find out what happened and to send me their estimate to my email or a photocopy of their estimate. No response until 2 weeks later I get a text asking for my last name so they can send me a bill for $105 service charge. Crooks. A month later I get a call asking for money so I kindly explain to them what happened and they tell me they sent the invoice to my email. I never received the email so I ask the lady what email address did you send to. She gives me the wrong email address so I let her know you sent to the wrong email address. I check to see if i sent John the wrong email address but no the email address I sent the owner is correct. So clearly some idiot did not send the quote to the correct email. Conversation leads to them threatening me that they will send this invoice to collections. They will get nothing from me for this rather I will make sure all my contractors, clients, and friends in the area never use this company ever again.
