I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

Tony showed up on time and did what he came here to do. My air conditioner was lagging and just not cooling the house and in no time it was cold as ice inside. He didn’t try to up sell me on services I didn’t need either. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Review update- 3 weeks after the technician came out we hear this whistling sound coming from outside. We go out to find the A/C spewing ALL of it’s refrigerant into the air. How did Tony not catch this?

My AC Unit from my house stopped working. I called Fast Call Service. They immediately send their technician out to my house the same day. I must say that Sam , the technician , did a really great job and he found the problem right away . I will make sure to recommend this company to my family and friends.
