Best Drain Line Maintenance in Riverside CA

These guys are amazing. They were extremely professional when it came to their work. They handle themselves with the outmost professionalism and are professionals on their craft. They helped me clear a storm drain from my house. They found 2 blockages repaired and hydrojet the entire thing. I am grateful I went with them. 100% will recommend them to family and friends and will use them again for any plumbing or sewer problems.

I was worried at first because attempting to use the company website for scheduling did not seem to work out (my browser blocked the redirect the first time I tried, but I changed the setting and tried again), and so I called them after about four or five hours without hearing back. Mr. Best answered and explained that he had not received a request, but told me he'd get back to me later in the day to schedule something. The company did get back to me later that day, and scheduled a tech to come out this morning between 8-10 AM. I received a call from the tech (Ryan) during that slot, and he informed me that he would be out by 10, and he was. He brought the faucet I'd agreed to purchase, and he had it up and running in about half an hour. He was an extremely personable and professional tradesman, which has not always been my experience here in Riverside. Barring any leaks that show up in the next few days under that faucet, this five star review will live on forever in the hearts of mankind, blah blah blah. Anyway, great job by Best Plumbing Service, at a very fair cost, and handled more rapidly than I'd have ever expected.

Brandon came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and helpful. Jay and his assistant came out the next day to install the water heater. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I called Big John’s Plumbing around 9:30 am on Sunday after reading positive reviews. The phone was answered right away and I asked if they could come snake because my main was clogged. John told me he could be here between 11:00-12:00, and he showed up when he said he would. I showed him the roof access to my main (which is unfortunately the only access I have). He was very honest and upfront with me and took his time assessing whether his snake line would be sufficient to reach the distance needed to clear the line (roughly 100-120 feet). It was so nice to have someone really assess the situation first. I know some companies/workers will perform the work knowing ahead of time it won’t solve the problem, and then charging the customer for it. John didn’t do that. He evaluated the situation first and let me know before hand what my chances were of reaching the clog, and then he let me make the decision to proceed with the work.

John was able to clear the clog, and then he made sure everything was flowing properly before cleaning up. Big John worked fast, competently, and was very friendly and respectful the entire time he was here. The price he charged me at the end of the work performed was exactly what he quoted to me on the phone and it was $100 less than what I paid a big named plumbing company, for the same work, 2 years ago. He told me he offers discounts on his website as well as on Yelp. Then he gave me a 10% Military discount off my bill. Thank you John for your fast, friendly, upfront and honest service. I can now take a shower!!!

TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

Jesse came out in a timely manner and was professional. The problem was fixed. I wish the price was a little cheaper but that has nothing to do with the great service Jesse gave us. Plus I got in on the same day so really no complaints and I would recommend.
