I live in a condominium and a neighbor downstairs noticed the smell of a gas leak. Turned out it was coming from an outside gas line used for my condo. I let my HOA know that it needed to be fixed and they told me I had to pay out of pocket. Fortunately when Cross Plumbing came out, they told me they could talk to HOA and let them know it should be something that is covered by them since a sprinkler right next to the gas line caused it to corrode so badly. I ended up not having to pay out of pocket and they came out to fix it within a day. Professional work and very much appreciated that they went the extra mile to talk to my HOA. Thank you!

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

I can't say enough good things about Marc and Ean. Not only have they been wonderfully competent and more than fair with me, but also with everyone to whom I have given referrals. On one occasion, as a personal favor, they drove 20 miles outside their normal service area to help a friend of mine who had already received a $1,000 estimate from another firm, only to discover that it just needed a few minor parts and about 30 minutes of labor - maybe a $100 job - NOT including the extra hour of round-trip driving. Since my friend was having serious financial hardship I told them to bill me and not him... But not only did they save him from fraud, but they also refused to accept payment from me, simply asking that I send the $100 to my friend instead... I want to cry just remembering their kindness... These are two men that you can trust...

If you've got a plumbing issue, call Luke first! We called him for a second opinion after another company put a camera down our lines and showed us several leaks. They said we'd have to rerun the whole house and it was going to cost $20k. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion. Luke came out, ran his own camera. Told us we had normal wear, one leak that he fixed for $300 (lots of digging involved), and said there was no need to redo the lines. We've had to call him out a few times since for various other issues. He's very reasonably priced and guarantees his work. We trust him. When we remodel our kitchen, we're calling Luke!
