Mike was so nice and polite and so was his assistant. We had a toilet plugged and my husband reached out to them the night before. They were the only company with a reasonable price for an estimate.
It took them all of 5 minutes to clear my line. Thank you so much!

I was worried at first because attempting to use the company website for scheduling did not seem to work out (my browser blocked the redirect the first time I tried, but I changed the setting and tried again), and so I called them after about four or five hours without hearing back. Mr. Best answered and explained that he had not received a request, but told me he'd get back to me later in the day to schedule something. The company did get back to me later that day, and scheduled a tech to come out this morning between 8-10 AM. I received a call from the tech (Ryan) during that slot, and he informed me that he would be out by 10, and he was. He brought the faucet I'd agreed to purchase, and he had it up and running in about half an hour. He was an extremely personable and professional tradesman, which has not always been my experience here in Riverside. Barring any leaks that show up in the next few days under that faucet, this five star review will live on forever in the hearts of mankind, blah blah blah. Anyway, great job by Best Plumbing Service, at a very fair cost, and handled more rapidly than I'd have ever expected.

They referred to Hovey and instead of waitiNg for days, I got on the schedule immediately wiyk hours, the technician Ivan was fast and efficient and found the leak within 10 Minutes. He worked diligently and efficiently. He had the water back within a few hours. He was professional and pleasant to be around, he is my new best friend. I asked him about my water pressure and to surprise my water pressure was over 125 when it should be 75. He will be back to visit. It. I can't say enough good things about Marc and Ean. Not only have they been wonderfully competent and more than fair with me, but also with everyone to whom I have given referrals. On one occasion, as a personal favor, they drove 20 miles outside their normal service area to help a friend of mine who had already received a $1,000 estimate from another firm, only to discover that it just needed a few minor parts and about 30 minutes of labor - maybe a $100 job - NOT including the extra hour of round-trip driving. Since my friend was having serious financial hardship I told them to bill me and not him... But not only did they save him from fraud, but they also refused to accept payment from me, simply asking that I send the $100 to my friend instead... I want to cry just remembering their kindness... These are two men that you can trust...

Just have to say, this company is awesome. He reached out to me immediately and set up an appointment to come by first thing in the morning. He kept me updated on the timeframe he would be at my home so I wasn’t left sitting around waiting (very much appreciated). He then went over the issue in detail with me and fixed it quickly! I must day this company will be my future go to for all my plumbing needs. My advice to you is don’t look any further, just call!

If you've got a plumbing issue, call Luke first! We called him for a second opinion after another company put a camera down our lines and showed us several leaks. They said we'd have to rerun the whole house and it was going to cost $20k. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion. Luke came out, ran his own camera. Told us we had normal wear, one leak that he fixed for $300 (lots of digging involved), and said there was no need to redo the lines. We've had to call him out a few times since for various other issues. He's very reasonably priced and guarantees his work. We trust him. When we remodel our kitchen, we're calling Luke!
