If you've got a plumbing issue, call Luke first! We called him for a second opinion after another company put a camera down our lines and showed us several leaks. They said we'd have to rerun the whole house and it was going to cost $20k. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion. Luke came out, ran his own camera. Told us we had normal wear, one leak that he fixed for $300 (lots of digging involved), and said there was no need to redo the lines. We've had to call him out a few times since for various other issues. He's very reasonably priced and guarantees his work. We trust him. When we remodel our kitchen, we're calling Luke!

Due to HOA issues, the repair couldn't be completed until the next day, so David did a temporary fix and came back first thing the next morning to finish the job. He was professional, efficient and even gave my son some tips on repairing the dishwasher plumbing. We so appreciated the quick response and the great service! We will definitely use 5 Star Plumbing should the need arise!

Got a Groupon offer for $37 for $100 of services to use with Diamond House Plumbing. My toilet flapper was leaking water and the flushmaster arm seemed to have a hard time filling up the toilet. I didn’t know how to buy the parts so I thought I’d use this Groupon which was the perfect option. I called Diamond House set up an appointment, which went well, they were on time, and did the inspection on various things in our house, that took 15 minutes. Then they went out to their truck to make the estimate which took 30 minutes. At this point we called the company to ask what they were doing that was taking so long. So they came back in and told us that we had 2 Options:
1. Approximately $600 to replace the whole toilet.
2. Approximately $500 for parts and labor.
Which we could not afford either one of those offers so we declined.
That very next weekend it just so happened that my brother in law was in town. He looked at the toilet and saw that the flapper was warped and the flushmaster needed to be replaced. So he went to Home Depot picked up the parts that was less than $20 and took him 15 minutes to fix. My brother in law is not a plumber he is a cable man haha but as you can see this company will rip you off.

They are dishonest. Dale claims no fee for leak detection then I find a fee of $400 added to the final bill. He then calls in other services without obtaining permission or providing a bid who charge $3200 to run 3 fans for 3 days. Total cost $5151 for small leak in footing which took 1 1/2 hrs to repair

After informing our management company that our toilet and kitchen sink were leaking, we figured it'd be a few days before we heard from whatever fly by night company they called to come fix the leak. But, no, it was next day. And multiple seals were completed within twenty minutes by a super pleasant guy named Alex. Couldn't be happier with how fast the job was done and how there was zero mess left.

When we move, when people ask, I'd happily recommend them. I don't know about others, but Alex was good not just because he's good, but I have a curious dog and daughter that peaked in on him and he was still able to complete everything.

Ben showed up on time and fully equipped to make the appropriate repairs. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing problems.
