I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

Mario and Jose rerouted the waterline to our Refrigerator. We had a slab leak in the original line. They did an awesome job, sealed the area to prevent dust getting into the rest of the house and left the area in a very clean condition! Aaron did a awesome job identifying the extent of the leak problem and recommended and coordinated the most cost effective solution! Highly recommended!!!
