My water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. I called this company and spoke to Art to see if he can help us. I loved his sense of urgency and genuine interest specially since I mentioned I had small children and no hot water. I was amazed at how fast he came to take care of the problem and was so grateful, besides the fact that there price was way better than the previous companies I called. It's nice to know that there are some companies that care about the situation their customers are in. Thank You.

He was super thorough and told me everything he was going to do, and even showed me what needed fixing and what didn’t! Very honest and thoughtful! Edwin was amazing and super friendly!
