Unprofessional. There was zero regard to try to clean up the mess that resulted from the work. Fixing the stucco is not included in their work. I accept that. However there is no reason that a temporary mesh couldn’t be applied to ensure rodents don’t enter the space. That could be easier removed when the inspection happened. The rodent treatment person who was scheduled to come by afterward was shocked it was left exposed.Definitely not worth the money they charged.I feel bad writing this as the rep on the phone Kayla was polite. The rest of the experience didn’t leave a good impression.
