Jay and Ulises came to fix a recurring plumbing problem I was having. Jay explained everything to me and took his time to diagnose the problem. They came out and ran their camera to check for the cause of the sewer backup and discovered that my sewer was about to collapse! They gave me a very fair price compared to other quotes I received from other companies, they were efficient, and provided great customer service. I found Big John's plumbing on my hunt for someone to fix some loose plumbing fixtures in my house. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable about the work.

Great Quality Service and Awesome Customer Service

The work to unclog my bathroom sink was good, but there was no cleanup afterwards. It looked as if a bucket of dirty water was emptied in the shower. I had to scrub away black silt type of deposits, and put everything back in the cabinet under the sink.
