Best Sump Pump Backup in Reno NV

We had some plumbing issues with a house we're trying to buy, and since it's a short sale we have to fix everything ourselves. We'd initially scheduled a plumber from a different company to come out but that guy forgot we had an appointment (omg) and Roto-Rooter pretty much saved the day for us. It took 2 visits on 2 days, and the second time I was at the house with the plumber until 2:30 in the morning. He was very dedicated to solving the problem to make sure we'd be able to get the house, and went above and beyond for us. We LOVE this company, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Don is a wonderful person, with wonderful service. He has been to my house multiple times, and I have always been pleased with the service. I have recommended Don to others several times. These guys were great. They had a technician out here in 20 minutes who explained everything, traded out whatvhe had to in order to get it working since it was over time. He's coming bsck to replace the unit and we couldnt be happier with his professionalism, his demeanor and his trying to help save us some money on it too. Would happily recommend.
