So I was initially happy with Van allen plumbing until, 2 different plumbers explained to me that the repair they came out and made was something that is only normally used as a temporary fix, not permanent. The plumber that came out from van allen plumbing, made it seem like he was doing us a favor with his fix, when in actuality he was avoiding having to weld the copper pipe. I tried even calling the office and was refrd to ROMAN, who is yet to even acknowledge I reached out to him with concerns. I never had a problem getting them to take my 💰 tho. The copper pipe shown in the pictured use to be 1 consecutive L shaped pipe b4 it was hacked off and hosepipe repaired. Just because something meets regulation doesnt always mean its the best fix...weighing my options. Wow! Itsme itsme

Ralph came out to replace a shower cartridge and was on time and courteous. He did not have the part on the truck but made a quick trip to retrieve the correct part. Job was finished neatly and at a reasonable cost. I would use this company again.

Good communication, set, follow up, bit pricey at $156 minimum fee, then tried to tack on $40 for cutting of some fiber tape to get to leak, did remove the extra $40 when I complained however.
