The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

Wow, what service from Bruce MacKay Pump. I called with an urgent issue and Garrett, the Technician, arrived within 30 minutes. He asked that I send him photos of the pump issue so he could have the right supplies and materials, saving a trip back to shop or hardware store. He was quick, courteous and knowledgeable.
