Have used for several years and they are outstanding! Completely satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Called in a request an 9 am in the morning on a Monday. Spoke with Taylor and she had a service tech at my front door 3 hours later. The tech, Tracy, was quick and effeciant and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

Do not support this incredibly immature owner. If you want to be charged $180 for a couple of guys to sit in their van and eat their lunch, he's your guy.

This is probably the most cruel someone has ever treated me in a professional setting. When I discovered that I was overcharged by an hour and called to inquire with Wallace Van Allen—the owner—I was name-called, demeaned and told that I should be charged *more* just for wasting his time on the phone. He refused to even hear my perspective, spoke over me talking in circles and making things up, and ultimately told me I was wrong and refused that I had any legitimate perspective, even though I had doorbell camera footage proving otherwise.

Taylor was such a help to me when I called first thing Mon. morning 1-28-19 with a leaky kitchen sink. I was stressed and she calmly listened and got me an appt. by 1:00pm. Andy & Luke were here right at 1:00,made an assessment with a favorable price,did the repairs and clearly explained what was done.All with-in 45 min.Your guys are great! Very qualified and friendly

Not open 247. The times I usually need them are before hours (3am).

I called to have a facet in my bathroom looked at. Cold water was coming out fine, but hot water was only trickling out. Gavin came over the next day, assessed the problem (get a new facet), discussed with me what kind of replacement facet I wanted, drove to Chico to get a new one, drove back, and installed it quickly.

While he was at my house, I asked him if there was anything he could do to increase the shower water pressure in my bathrooms. He made some adjustments to each shower head, which increased the pressure greatly (no charge)!

Overall, Gavin did his work quickly and courteously. Would certainly use his services again!

Very professional, showed up on time. They were able to fix my water heater. Afterwards I asked for a quote for a new water heater because mine was 20+ years old. They had a very reasonable quote. So I had them install a new water heater. I would recommend to anyone!!!
