The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. We had the best experience with Silver State plumbing. First, they were able to schedule us very quickly. The plumbers, Mike and Matt, were extremely friendly and explained everything that they were going to do. They were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Their customer service was great. They got the job done quick and efficiently. They even had to track down a part to fix the leak in our shower. The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

Adan and his helper Miguel did an excellent job installing a new 50 gallon water heater the very next morning on a Sunday after I had just called the day before, Saturday 9/9/2023. He kept to his quote of $2100 after seeing 2 photos of the old water heater.
Both men were friendly and informative while doing their complex work and triple checking everything. They accepted my personal check and would have taken cash or debit card. Using a credit card would have cost me 3% more. Awesome work!

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .
