The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. These guys did a fabulous job, on my sewer line, in a very difficult situation. We live in an older neighborhood where the city sewer line and easements go down between the back yards of the houses on the block. My 65+ year old “Orangeburg” sewer line was nearly completely collapsed. Many years ago my neighbor had built a block wall and planted lilac bushes right on top of the easement where the city line existed. We had to get to the line from the neighbor’s back yard or remove the wall to access it from my property. We got permission to access it and I had to cut 2 lilac bushes down. One was dead and the other almost dead and they were exactly on top of where my line and the neighbor’s line connected to the city line. There was minimal damage to our yards from the rubber tracked mini-excavator that A1 used. It was unbelievable how many big rocks are in the ground in our neighborhood. In 2 days A1 Plumbing was able to dig a few holes and pipe bust my entire 50 foot + line and replace the old collapsed pipe. Our line was only out of commission for about 5 hours the 2nd day. All the holes were filled back in and I only have some cleanup work to rake out some spots on the grassy areas where the rubber excavator tracks bunched it up a little, and pick up some of the new rocks that got exposed. It feels great to be able to flush the toilet and know that the material is moving into the city system and NOT coming back at me. Thanks Jay and the rest of the A1 crew for a great job.

Dr. Plumber (Jack) fixed a leaking gas line for me pronto.Finally a contractor that cares about his reputation and quality of work while at the same time being reasonable during these tough economic times. Great communication all the way through.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Absolutely incredible service from Van Allen Plumbing! We had a huge issue with another company that wanted to charge us double the amount of Van Allen Plumbing and we couldn't even get ahold of them to discuss payment options and the service after the first time they came out. VAP came out and diagnosed the issue, sent it to the home warranty company immediately after leaving our house and we had a new water heater installed within a week after fighting the other company from the beginning of August until now,Beginning of November. Josh is who helped us along with Carlos and they were both very professional and awesome to work with! Josh explained in full detail everything for us of the full diagnosis and what needed to be replaced and what the out of pocket most likely would be. We had no problem paying the out of pocket to them, the service,how fast they were and how professional they handled everything and took us seriously, made it worth it! I highly recommend using them for all your water heater needs and I will definitely be doing Buisness with them again in the future should we need it.

Phil in Denver showed up fast to fix my flooding problem ,they we're extremely professional and got everything fixed in an extremely fast and reasonable price at a reasonable price phil and Denver were amazing at making me feel secure with them being in my house and cleaning up after themselves, and even took their shoes off!!! Great response time ,they showed up an hour after I called them!!!that's amazing !!!thank you so much great job !!!they deserve a raise!!

Can't say enough about this company! This is the second time I have used them and Thayne came out this time. What a nice guy and had one leaky toilet that needed help but he checked all three to make sure they were OK. Also had a little clog in one of my Master bedroom's sink and he addressed that and took care of it for me in a couple minutes. Thanks Thayne and the IHS company. You all are great!
