Called in a request an 9 am in the morning on a Monday. Spoke with Taylor and she had a service tech at my front door 3 hours later. The tech, Tracy, was quick and effeciant and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

Had a minor emegency... sick family with backed up pipes (not good).They gave me a flat rate. Came within the hour. Friendly and respectful. I would recommend, and use them again.

I called a few plumbers who never responded to have a Moen Water Shut Off valve and a PRV valve replaced & installed. Brix Plumbing not only responded quickly but were able to fit me in as I was going out of town. Their work is professional, clean and they were informative about the system and what they did. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work.

AMAZING experience and the best customer service! Tracy & Taylor made a terrible situation turn into a quick repair and an educational one too! Our outdoor irrigation pipe burst and Tracy was able to come over within hours to repair and teach us how to take better care of our outdoor water system and he even gave us some tips to keep our new water heater in great condition.
