I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Thank you Mr. Weston, and I hope I’ll have the privilege to retain your services again when future plumbing related needs come up. -jojo

We have used Best Plumbing and Heating for a variety of projects in our house, from baseboard heating repair, toilet repair, leak repair, and even helping us install some new sinks. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews but I do read them when looking to do a project, so I wanted to make sure I leave a review for this team for anyone who may be looking.
They have always been very professional and responsive and do great quality work. Kathy in the office is quick to respond to any calls and helps to schedule us quickly at a time that works for us. We have had nothing but excellent interactions with everyone on their team and they are always honest and upfront about any repairs or work needed. Our water heater went out yesterday, I called Nick and asked how soon they could come out and replace it and today at 11:00 am it's done. I thought I would have to go with out hot water for weeks, so I can't express how grateful I am with the fast, professional response.
