Our air-conditioning went out last night. I called BRIX and they were here this mornning. They had all the parts on the truck and fixed our air-conditioning very quickly. Very professional, knowledgable service. I asked how they got to me so fast? I was told the Business is based out of South Reno. So South Reno residents, if you want a neighbor to work on your house, BRIX specializes in South Reno.

Gavin came out really fast to fix my leaking irrigation pipe. Great service!!

Their driver was flying down Keystone this morning; 10 or 15 mph over the speed limit. He evidently doesn’t care about the company vehicle or the other drivers on the road! Based on that, I wouldn’t take a chance on this company.

Not so friendly! Told me, my main sewer line has a break, can't use the water, shower, toilet. My bird & I spent 4 nights in a hotel only to be told they won't fix it, don't have the manpower.
Ended up hiring Absolute Drain they found the problem was a simple blockage in the line, scoped with a camera & no breaks in the line what's so ever. It cost me in all another $700+ Really, really, true story.

Way too much stuff in the aisles. It's gotten to the point where it's difficult to maneuver with carts and around other people.
