This is probably the most cruel someone has ever treated me in a professional setting. When I discovered that I was overcharged by an hour and called to inquire with Wallace Van Allen—the owner—I was name-called, demeaned and told that I should be charged *more* just for wasting his time on the phone. He refused to even hear my perspective, spoke over me talking in circles and making things up, and ultimately told me I was wrong and refused that I had any legitimate perspective, even though I had doorbell camera footage proving otherwise.

I called a few plumbers who never responded to have a Moen Water Shut Off valve and a PRV valve replaced & installed. Brix Plumbing not only responded quickly but were able to fit me in as I was going out of town. Their work is professional, clean and they were informative about the system and what they did. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work.

Tracy called several hours before scheduled appointment time. It just so happened he had the necessary parts on his truck to fix my problems. He completed the job super fast and well done. Very professional. Recommend Hanson Plumbing wholeheartedly.

Brandon came to my house thirty mins early, worked as if he was on his own dime and even returned promptly to install a faucet I ran out and purchased. I will definitely be using Savage & Son in the future.

Guy was good. Arrived around expected time. Changing toilet and hauling away old was 330. A bit on pricey side just for changing toilet. I probably won't go with them again for toilet install. They're good for other things I've had done.

Way too much stuff in the aisles. It's gotten to the point where it's difficult to maneuver with carts and around other people.
