I cannot tell you how AMAZING Matt and Mike were. When my water heater went out they came a replaced it and were phenomenal then. A washer broke about a month after and they came back out. Based on their reactions, you can tell that they love their job and take it very seriously. They fixed it as fast as they could and even answered a question for me about a bath in my house and they came in, checked it out, and fixed it within 2 minutes. I am forever grateful to have Matt and Mike as my plumbers! I will never call anyone else solely due to these two. If you have had them, you know exactly what I mean!! I had been making calls and getting estimates for a couple of weeks to get our water heater replaced. Other places I called in town were too busy to send someone out to give me a quote and couldn’t get me on the schedule for a few weeks. Then other places came out but were more expensive or didn’t back to me with a quote. I called Root-o-matic and even though they were busy too, someone came out right away. When he saw how bad our water heater was leaking he offered to pull it out right then and there and put a new one in the next morning. And also gave me a fair price. Our whole family is so grateful! Thank you Root-O-Matic and especially Darrin. Darrin was very experienced and skilled, and most importantly, kind. I’ll call these guys again if we need them.

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

We had a very positive experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean Simpson replaced our 19 year old water heater today. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and accountable. He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. He represents Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing very well and we will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

My insurance company send a work order to this company. They will not answer the phone or call back.
