I called the office after my water heater started leaking > it was time sensitive due to it flooding my bedroom. one of the techs was willing to work me in that day (housden) he figured out what the problem was and was able to stop anymore damage until we could fix it the next day. thank you housden and the office staff for being there when i needed you. i will be a future customer when i need any plumbing done in the future>

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Our water heater was outdated and costing a lot, so we decided to have a new energy efficient one installed. We were worried about the cost, because money is tight, but Bill at S&S walked us through pricing and gave us a great quote!

Great service

Okay this is a late post. I had to have new lines put in for my hot water tank. Mobile home. The first guy that showed up put the lines in but placed the wrong concecters on the pipes had a big water mess. This was on a Saturday called DD plumbing and Richard answered was at my place fixed the problem that the other guy made I was very happy with Richard and his professional skills. Thanks Richard.
