Best Emergency Repair in Reno NV

I called to have a facet in my bathroom looked at. Cold water was coming out fine, but hot water was only trickling out. Gavin came over the next day, assessed the problem (get a new facet), discussed with me what kind of replacement facet I wanted, drove to Chico to get a new one, drove back, and installed it quickly.

While he was at my house, I asked him if there was anything he could do to increase the shower water pressure in my bathrooms. He made some adjustments to each shower head, which increased the pressure greatly (no charge)!

Overall, Gavin did his work quickly and courteously. Would certainly use his services again!

This is the best customer service experience I've ever had with anything. contacted DnD plumbing to light a pilot on the water heater Juan came out promptly and didn't try to sell me a new water heater it was a little tricky getting it re lit and I am a customer for life thanks to DnD's customer service and Juan's outstanding professionalism and time he took explaining things.

We had water dripping from the ceiling and the carpet was soaked through. I called Savage and Son almost in tears. Kathleen in Service was so very nice and helpful. She calmed me down and got someone to us as soon as possible. The person who showed up did what needed to be done in a timely matter. We will never use another company other than Savage and Son, if needed in the future.

Brandon did a great job! You can tell he takes pride in his work. When he was changing out parts he was cleaning everything. He was very knowledgeable.
