We had a great experience using Roto-Rooter after we noticed a leaky value in one of our toilets. They came out right away and were very professional. Highly recommend.

Was disappointed that my 4 hour service window was missed by more than 5 hours! When I called for updates was treated as if I was an annoyance to the dispatcher. The technician that serviced my plumbing needs was courteous, quick, honest and charged a very fair price. I would use roto rooter again based on his professionalism, but if the dispatching doesn’t improve I will look elsewhere.
