Arbor Plumbing and Backflow has been my only plumbing company I have used since I moved into my home five years ago. I had a broken water heater, and they replaced it and had me up and running in the same day. I will not use another plumbing company in the triangle area, because Arbor has taken such great care of me.

I needed a water softener and whole-house filter installed because I have a private well. With a short crawlspace and no basement, I was worried that the softener wouldn't fit--especially because the first plumber (from another company) told me I'd have to build a separate structure outside the house to make it work.
