After 13 years, our Rheem water heater broke on Saturday Nov 14. I called NC WaterHeaters.com and they sent a 2 man crew out the same afternoon. They had to access the old water heater located in the attic through a scuttle door. The old heater was drained and removed without any mess or damage to the property. The new Rheem water heater was installed in a couple of hours and everything looked neat and clean. The technician explained in detail any questions I had on the new gas water heater. The work area was always protected against potential damages or mess, and everything looked and worked great after they left. Very professional & friendly company that knows exactly what they're doing and will leave you feeling the job was well done!
