Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

Mike P was professional, congenial, and did a great job of diagnosing and giving remediation advice on my heating system. When servicing the heating system, he found that there were moisture issues. He performed the remediation carefully and with attention to detail, moving along, but not rushing, as some seem to. I also want to throw in that Tammy, Pam and Ashlyn, the lovely people who have answered the phone and do the scheduling are also easy to work with. What a well-run outfit. Thanks to all.

I called Michael and Sons and they came over within three hours. Our technician was a smart young man named Paris Rone. He was faced with an unusual plumbing request for an outdoor spigot on our open back porch. He was great to work with and understood a creative solution to my problem. I requested he cut into the wall and tie into the washer line. Works great! Fantastic service and great results for a fair price. Highly recommended!

I had a toilet and sink installed and Charlie F. did a fantastic job. He of course installed the equipment but also made sure that it all operated at maximum performance. Then he gave us an education on how to maintain peak performance. Service like that is so important and valuable when you are remodeling a bathroom. Our home was built before 1940 too so it was not an easy job due to different ways of building back then. But Charlie was a pro working with all the challenges.

When my heating system went down in my house I did not know who to call I did some research on Google and came across Raleigh heating & air . They have very good reviews . Technician Dave Holiday came out and he did not fail to deliver quality service , unbiased advice . He was real professional and polite . When Mr. Holiday determine what the issue was he explained it in detail as well as gave me a root cause . He answered all my questions and was really knowledgeable . Upon completing his work he did a really good job of cleaning up his area . Hey spoke really highly of his company the most important you could tell he has a passion for what he does . At the end of his visit I was really impressed how Mr. Holiday and Raleigh heating and air use iPads . He typed a very detailed report of his visit for the future for him and his fellow technicians . Thanks again Mr. Holiday I will recommend Raleigh heat and air company . Hopefully the rest of you can meet Mr. Dave Holiday .
