They do not try and up sale you on stuff you don't need and their technicians are professional and thorough. If your repair is more expensive than your budget, they even have financing opportunities available. I chose Weathermaster b/c they did the install on my home when it was being built, but I STAY with Weathermaster for the pro service they provide! You should too!

Very pleased with Kyles service on(07/07/2023)for our heat pump/ AC system. Very nice and knowledgeable technician.

Curtis with Bolton was on time and did a thorough check of our home HVAC, 2 units, found three pieces that required replacement and explained what he did. He was very friendly and pleasant. I told him to tell Bolton that we will gladly welcome him back.

I had been having a very difficult time with HVAC contractors making band aid repairs every year or so to the HVAC system in my home. I answered a small ad that Sonny's had placed in the Virginian Pilot classifieds and ultimately purchased a brand new heat pump and air handler from them in 2012.

My entire system has worked perfectly from day 1 and kept me warm through the brutal winter of 2015. I have no complaints; Sonny's was (and still is) honest, fair, and their prices are reasonable.

I have Sonny's maintain my system and their servicemen are timely, courteous, and clean.
