Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

On New Years Eve, I discovered my water heater had been leaking/spraying how water. I immediately shut every valve, turned off the water and taped the leak. I reached out to every local plumber with good reviews and BBB accredited and Jayk was the only one who responded/kept 2-way dialogue going. Originally they said they couldn’t make it out until Tuesday but after trading messages Sunday and realizing the urgency, they were able to send Ephraim & Abel out Monday morning (ahead of schedule). I can not thank them enough-definitely a reliable company and I would absolutely recommend them!

Golden Rule Plumbing did an excellent job serving us today. They were fast and had good, quality work. The men were very kind as well. I am always concerned when I contact a service company I’ve never used before because I never know who I am inviting into my home and how safe they will be.
