Made apt and never called or showed up.

Daniel and Jayden (sp?) installed our upstairs system after our old system of 22+ years finally bit the dust. Working in ungodly heat (102 outside with much higher heat index), these two remained professional and courteous. Unfortunately, it took more than one day to complete the work due to a soldering challenge and lack of available resources (oxygen for the soldering torch) on the first day. Both were back early the next morning to complete the job.The service from the two gentlemen was 5-star without a doubt. My house is once against comfortable where I can get some sleep! However, because of the extra day, I'm rating the overall as a 4-star experience. With that in mind, I heard Daniel tell Jayden that their truck inventory is to be adjusted accordingly for future appointments, so they're already making amends for this issue. I will definitely use Air Experts going forward!
