Best Electrical Outlet in Raleigh NC

I was recommended by a friend to use Weather Master and had heard great reviews. I was eager to use their services. My a/c went out yesterday (Thursday) and I contacted them around 5:30pm. I spoke with after hours office staff who stated I would be seen the next day (Friday). A technician also called me 30 minutes later asking did I need anything and someone would contact me in the morning to let me know of my appointment time. Today they have called back stating I would not be seen at all today and would not be seen until sometime Monday. If I would’ve known their schedule was full until Monday I would’ve called other companies last night. I am now scrambling to try to find someone to come out before the weekend. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

When you have water pouring into your basement that won't stop when you cut off the main water valve, you need professionals and you need them fast! Billy Soames and Eric Grimes crawled underneath my very wet house, determined the source of the leak (which is not so easily done in a plumbed and re-plumbed 1890 home) and dug and dug in the pouring rain. I almost cried with relief when they were able to completely repair the broken pipe without having to dig a huge trench from the house to the main water line. Kudos to the office staff, Valerie and Amy, who managed to get them out for this emergency and are always understanding and ready to help. A great company and wonderful people.

Can’t say enough about how please I am with the entire experience…everything from the first call to the minute they left after the water heater replacement was complete…absolutely everything was top notch! And Jason was fantastic…super patient with my questions and superbly professional! They’re lucky to have him!!
