There were communications issues and one technical issue with my water heater installation on the day of installation, which were frustrating. I spoke with a manager, JE, and he was very helpful, including with follow up, so I've changed my previous 3-star review to a 5-star for customer service.

After reading the reviews I gave Bizzy Bee a call and I'm glad I did. Daniel arrived within an hour of the call, quickly diagnosed the problem and remedied within time frame and quote provided. Will certainly call again if another arises.

Roto Rooter was fabulous. Fixed my problem, and they were so professional. They had actual people call to give me updates on time of arrival, not a robo-call. Wayne, our technician was wonderful and thorough, as well as informative about how our issue occurred, and best ways to avoid a reoccurance, Highly recommend! Wayne and Andy worked hard and deserve a raise.

I had a fantastic experience with Matthew's Plumbing Solutions. They were incredibly informative, patient, and polite over the phone as I tried to figure out water heater options. They were right on time to install the water heater and they did a terrific job. They were kind enough to answer all of my many questions.
