I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

CK's provided prompt emergency service to resolve a water leak. This was the first time I used this company. Tim was very polite and knowledgeable. He willingly helped me understand the problem and the needed repair. I am thankful for the timely response and will certainly consider using this company in the future.

I would definitely recommend. I had CK's to my house today to clear a drain line and replace a hose bibb. They were on-time and called in advance, a big plus for me! I've used them twice - once for a repair and once for routine flushing/maintenance. Both times they were on time. The service providers were friendly, clean and explained what they did and why they did it. Great value for the price. Easy scheduling. I highly recommend them.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
