Best Annual Inspection in Raleigh NC

My air-conditioning unit went out this past summer while I was out of town. I called Weather-Master, and they came to fix it. My daughter was at the house during this time. I talked with the technician, and he quoted me a price. He, also, said that for EIGHT dollars I could get the service maintenance agreement for one year. He said that was a “no brainer”!!! I agreed that eight dollars was a good deal. I didn’t understand why. He told my daughter I had agreed to everything, and she signed the paper work. He quoted me a high price for what was being done; however, I trusted it was fair. However, when I got home and called Weather-Master to email me the invoice, I was surprised to see that he had actually charged me $176 for the service agreement. That was the reason the charge seemed so high. I called Weather Master and told them about what had happened. The manager returned my call. He was SO nice. He apolized for what had happened. He said it was important to be customer friendly. He wants his customers to be happy with their work. He said he would refund my $176 (and he did), and that I could have the service agreement for a year FREE!!!! Now, that is what I call good customer service. I will definitely be using this Weather Master. I know the manager stands behind his customers. It means a lot to me to have someone who cares!!!! I think you should give them a try!!!!UPDATE: I called Friday, December 8, for my FREE service agreement appointment. They said they didn't have anything available until February 21!!!!! TEN weeks!!!! I've always been able to see them within a couple of weeks in the past. I guess since mine was to be FREE, they don't consider me important. When I've had the Service Agreement in the past, they told me I would be given priority. Guess that doesn't work when it's free....and if you read the beginning of this, you know why it is free.

We have been through several HVAC companies in the past few years trying to solve issues with two relatively new HVAC systems. Cape Fear is by far the best we have found. Stephen tracks down causes like a hound dog and Kelly is so pleasant to work with for scheduling. So glad we found Cape Fear!

I needed a water softener and whole-house filter installed because I have a private well. With a short crawlspace and no basement, I was worried that the softener wouldn't fit--especially because the first plumber (from another company) told me I'd have to build a separate structure outside the house to make it work. Dave and his team had a much simpler, much easier solution and did the work in half the time. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient all the way.

I have used Sonny's for our back flow inspection for the past two years. Just the other day I contacted them for a leak in at one of our rental properties. I told the lady/dispatcher that I needed someone ASAP. She kind of laughed but then the next day I got a call from Dave and he had it fixed within 30 minutes. HIGHLY recommend them!!
