Air Experts was able to send someone out the same day I called about my air conditioner not working. Drew came out on time, was very professional, and quickly located the issue. He made adjustments to keep the issue from reoccurring. He even took the time to explain it all to me. I am very happy with the service provided by Drew and Air Experts!

I couldn't have had a better experience with Raleigh Heating and Air. Dave came out and confirmed the fact that I needed a whole new system (which I pretty much knew), then Cody came out and did a great job of giving me a quote and answering all my questions. Then, the installation team came. They were very punctual, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, friendly, and neat. All in all, they were done in a days time, and Cody had been here just the day before, so everything was done in just two days. Their moms would have been proud at how well they cleaned up after themselves, and they even put some mulch around the outdoor unit, so it looks really nice. Plus, you can't beat their 10 year warranty on parts and labor! Wow! What a deal. Thanks guys!!

Quick, effective, professional service!

In a traffic jam on I-40, one of their service trucks flew past me and hundreds of other patient humans while driving at a reckless speed, traveling on the shoulder of the road and therefore inhibiting emergency vehicles from reaching the scene of the accident. Shameful.
