Best Air Duct Sealing in Raleigh NC

The technician was knowledgeable and clearly explained the diagnosis (and even took pictures). He showed us possible fixes along with the prices and did not push to try to sell us anything but gave his opinion as to the best course of action. No pressure at all. Honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced! I was also impressed with how Expert Air has plans to work within any budget. Great company!

You fit us in on a busy day and sent two great guys to fix our outdoor faucet. Plus, I asked for some “manpower” to remove a VERY tight hand spray wand on my hose; it took multiple big wrenches and tries but they got it done! Thank you!

I am giving this one star review because I believe this company is ripping my apartment complex off and my family is suffering because of it. My AC has been on and off working all summer and apparently it is something that the regular maintenance staff can not fix so they have to call Mandolin to service my unit. They have been to my apartment three times or four times at this point I'm losing count. Each time 1 to 2 guys come in look at the unit inside then just walk out or say they are going to look at the outside unit. Hours go by and no one comes back and I'm still sitting here with no fix, no answers as to what's wrong with it, and no reasons why the team up and leaves with no word or no return time. To me that's is very unprofessional and I know for a fact they would not do this to a home owner. So if y'all could kindly get back to Triangle Place Apartments and come fix my unit that would be great and I would gladly turn this one star into a 5 thank you.
