Daniel and Carmelo where very nice guys and professional. They came and hydro jetting my kitchen drain and also ran a camera thank you Omars plumbing.

Plumber came so quickly after our call and was vigilant to get our problem solved. I can't thank him enough! It's great having strong water pressure again! Thanks you again for doing a great job.

Andrew Fitch rescued us on Christmas Eve day, while we were Celebrating with family.

He spoke very few words and went straight to work, clearing our drain and then not quite with a jerk, said goodbye and returned to his truck, saying Merry Christmas to all and may 2023 bring you Good Luck!

My plumbing issues started when I was notified by the city that I had a leak. Called my insurance company and Mr. Rooter came out, identified the problem and fixed it (water line leak) in just a few hours.
A few months later, I started having drainage problems. Unfortunately, I chose a different company this time since this issue would be an out of pocket cost and not covered by insurance. They identified the problem and attempted to fix it, but FAILED miserably. I ended up disputing the charge with them after they broke several things in my home and the overall work done by the plumbers and technicians was incomplete! A four day job turned into a little over 2 weeks from start to finish for them to complete, but the job was done....or so I thought. I STILL continued to have drainage problems even after calling them back out to my home several times.
After the 4th call, I decided to call Mr. Rooter for a second opinion, which I'm glad I did. They identified the issue that the first company misdiagnosed. The first company was close, but it turned out to be way more extensive.
Adem, was very helpful explaining everything (old cast iron pipes that needed to be replaced). He definitely had alot of patience with me, because I know I asked the same questions about 50 times, but he answered them the same way every time and didn't seem to mind. Once I understood everything that needed to be done, I signed the contract to get the work done. The team (Sam and Travis) they sent for the job was very polite and professional the entire time they were in my home and didn't mind answering any of my questions. They were in and out in the time they said they would be and did a good job cleaning up after themselves once they finished. All drainage issues were resolved! THEN, this week I noticed my yard was extremely soggy, so I called Adem back out to take a look at my concerns. They scheduled a leak detection, which to my surprise, they ended up footing the bill for! Adem also let me know if the issue was something they did, they would take full responsibility. Turns out, I have another leak under the concrete they had already removed and replaced and Mr. Rooter is sticking to their word and addressing the issue. Unfortunately, they'll have to dig up the concrete slab they recently poured, but at least it's going to be fixed. This entire process has been a little uncomfortable for my family, but we survived the inconvenience. I'm just grateful for an honest company that came out and did what they said they would do and not have me wasting my time and money.
I have been recommending Mr. Rooter to everyone! I'm definitely pleased with them, starting with the customer service rep (Toni was very responsive to all my calls and working with me on schedule availability) to the Technicians. I hope I won't need them again in the near future, but as long as I'm a homeowner, I will have them on speed dial!

QUALITY and honesty you can trust

Had them “fix” our toilet. Wasn’t satisfied and they agreed on their 2nd trip they didn’t fully fix the issue. They wanted more money to fix the original issue, plus money for parts. Not happening. Let them leave. Scam artists. Also they didn’t seem interested in doing anything anyways.

Ross, Tyree, journey and Joel are the best! Not only are they the best at packing my items and tearing out the walls in my house . They all have been very respectable,kind and considerate,to me! They made it easier to go through the flood at my house! I felt at ease, and highly recommend Disaster Hero! I would use them again without any hesitation!

Rick got to the source of problems we didn't know were the cause of our problems and fixed them so that they looked good as new and functioned perfectly. Cleaned up after himself, leaving things better than he found them. Communicated very well and met all of his promises.

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.

Took them 6 days to tell me that they can't do business a certain way,
I needed them to provide me with an estimate for re-rout some plumbing.
I'm a general contractor, I called them to give me an estimate for re-routing a plumbing line at one of my customer's property
Danial met with me at the job, I showed him what I wanted done, he askes for the customer information and email in front of me as If I'm not there!, he tells the customer that he will email her the estimate!
I told him when we went outside that he needs to email me the estimate and he said he will by tomorrow!
you cant go around me and contact my customer behind my back!
Remember that you are here because I called you and not the customer, so I'm the one responsible for the job if you messed up
it shouldn't have took you 6 days to tell me you don't work with general contractor's!
you could have told me right then and not wasted my time for 6 days!
