These guys are great! My heater went out and I had another company come out to give me a quote, and I had Sonnys come out to make sure it was what I was quoted for from the other company and they were able to save me about $300! I am so glad I found them! Definatly using them again!
They also worked with me to find a good time to come out. They were able to work me in at the very end of the day. (At 2:30)

Daniel and Carmelo where very nice guys and professional. They came and hydro jetting my kitchen drain and also ran a camera thank you Omars plumbing.

Rafael came out Quickly and unblocked the pipe from my laundry. He did the job and was really courteous and professional. I'd absolutely call them again for any plumbing work.

Zane with Mr. Rooter was excellent. I showed him the various plumbing issues we had in our new (to us) house, and he quickly and efficiently evaluated them and proposed multiple possible solutions. The work was then done the same day with all issues resolved! He was communicative and professional. If and when we need additional plumbing services in the future, we will be reaching out to Zane at Mr. Rooter’s.

Overpriced and arrogant!

Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee

I worked for this company they scam all their customers into believing there are worse problems then there really are ... they are trained from day one how to scam save your money and go with someone else .... if I could give negative stars I would

I was told to use True Rooter Plumbing by a family member who is a contractor. He has used Miguel often for his own house projects.

I called and found them very helpful and mindful to protect my kitchen cabinets as they analyzed how to fix a water leak while taking care of the integrity of the rest of my kitchen.

The technician was John as he worked very hard all day to get the new plumbing in and the new fixtures while explaining why he was doing it the way he was doing it.

A great experience and I give this company five stars for their plumbing skills for me here over in Torrance..
